Victims of the Oxford High School shooting delivered emotional testimony on the second day of the Miller Hearing for the then-15-year-old shooter.

A judge will decide whether the now16-year-old will spend the rest of his life in prison. The Miller hearing is necessary because of a 2012 Supreme Court ruling that prevents automatic life sentencing for minors.

LiveNOW’s Lexie Petrovic spoke with FOX 2 Detroit reporter Charlie Langton about day two of the sentencing trial for the Oxford High School shooter. Langton describes the emotional victim testimony delivered in court today in addition to the tactics used by the defense team.
